LiSHT: Non-Parameteric Linearly Scaled Hyperbolic Tangent Activation Function.

) -> tf.Tensor
Computes linearly scaled hyperbolic tangent (LiSHT):
\[ \mathrm{lisht}(x) = x * \tanh(x). \]
