Trả về giá trị boolean dạng vô hướng cho biết tensor đã được khởi tạo hay chưa.

  • Tham chiếu: Nên lấy từ một nút Variable . Có thể chưa được khởi tạo.

Trả về:

  • Output : Tensor is_initialized.
