Normal dağılımdan rastgele değerler üretir.

Özet

Üretilen değerlerin ortalaması 0 ve standart sapması 1 olacaktır.

Argümanlar:

• kapsam: Bir Kapsam nesnesi
• Şekil: Çıkış tensörünün şekli.
• dtype: Çıktının türü.

İsteğe bağlı özellikler (bkz. Attrs ):

• seed: Eğer seed veya seed2 sıfırdan farklı bir değere ayarlanırsa, rastgele sayı üreteci verilen seed değeriyle başlatılır. Aksi takdirde, rastgele bir seed değeriyle başlatılır.
• seed2: Tohum çakışmasını önlemek için ikinci bir tohum.

İadeler:

• Output : Belirtilen şekle sahip ve rastgele normal değerlerle doldurulmuş bir tensör.
