희소한 기울기를 집계하기 위한 조건부 누산기.

요약

누적기는 local_step이 누적기에 알려진 가장 최근의 global_step보다 크거나 같은 기울기를 허용합니다. 충분한 기울기가 누적된 경우 누적기에서 평균을 추출할 수 있습니다. 평균을 추출하면 누적값이 자동으로 0으로 재설정되고 누적기에 기록된 global_step이 증가합니다.

선택적 속성( Attrs 참조):
