Questa operazione restituisce ref
al termine dell'aggiornamento. Ciò semplifica il concatenamento delle operazioni che richiedono l'utilizzo del valore di ripristino.
Le voci duplicate vengono gestite correttamente: se più indices
fanno riferimento alla stessa posizione, i loro contributi si moltiplicano.
