Argumentos:
- escopo: um objeto Scope
- entrada: entrada 4-D para pool over.
- ksize: O tamanho da janela para cada dimensão do tensor de entrada.
- strides: O stride da janela deslizante para cada dimensão do tensor de entrada.
- preenchimento: o tipo de algoritmo de preenchimento a ser usado.

- data_format: especifique o formato dos dados de entrada e saída. Com o formato padrão "NHWC", os dados são armazenados na ordem de: [lote, altura_entrada, largura_entrada, canais_in].
