Streszczenie
Akumulator akceptuje gradienty oznaczone parametrem local_step większym lub równym najnowszemu globalnemu krokowi znanemu akumulatorowi. Średnią można pobrać z akumulatora, pod warunkiem, że zgromadzono wystarczające gradienty.
