Genera números enteros aleatorios a partir de una distribución uniforme.
Resumen
Los valores generados son enteros uniformes en el rango [minval, maxval)
. El límite inferior minval
se incluye en el rango, mientras que el límite superior maxval
está excluido.
Los enteros aleatorios están ligeramente sesgados a menos que maxval - minval
sea una potencia exacta de dos. El sesgo es pequeño para valores de maxval - minval
significativamente más pequeños que el rango de la salida (ya sea 2^32
o 2^64
).
Argumentos:
- alcance: un objeto de alcance
