Làm tròn các giá trị của tensor đến số nguyên gần nhất, từng phần tử một.

Làm tròn một nửa thành số chẵn. Còn được gọi là làm tròn theo kiểu ngân hàng. Nếu bạn muốn làm tròn theo chế độ làm tròn hiện tại của hệ thống, hãy sử dụng std::cint.
