Arguments
`config`	Configuration dictionary.
`custom_objects`	Optional dictionary mapping names (strings) to custom classes or functions to be considered during deserialization.

Returns
A Keras model instance (uncompiled).

`TypeError`	if `config` is not a dictionary.
