Returns immutable tensor from memory region.

The current implementation memmaps the tensor from a file.

Returns the symbolic handle of a tensor.

Inputs to TensorFlow operations are outputs of another TensorFlow operation. This method is used to obtain a symbolic handle that represents the computation of the input.

Factory method to create a class wrapping a new ImmutableConst operation.

Parameters

scope	current scope
dtype	Type of the returned tensor.
shape	Shape of the returned tensor.
memoryRegionName	Name of readonly memory region used by the tensor, see NewReadOnlyMemoryRegionFromFile in tensorflow::Env.
