Args
`x`	A `Tensor` or `SparseTensor` or `IndexedSlices`.
`name`	A name for the operation (optional).

Returns
A `Tensor` or `SparseTensor` or `IndexedSlices` with same shape as `x` with type `bfloat16`.

Raises
`TypeError`	If `x` cannot be cast to the `bfloat16`.
