Étant donné un tenseur quantifié décrit par `(input, input_min, input_max)`, génère une plage qui couvre les valeurs réelles présentes dans ce tenseur. Cette opération est généralement utilisée pour produire les `requested_output_min` et `requested_output_max` pour `Requantize`.
