It is defined as

f(x) = x - threshold if x > threshold, f(x) = x + threshold if x < -threshold, f(x) = 0 otherwise.

Args
x	Input tensor.
threshold	Threshold value. Defaults to 0.5.

Returns
A tensor with the same shape as x.

Example:
